About Us

Meet our Chef

Chef Neelah Hinds, is a vibrant young woman, making waves in the culinary industry. She studied Culinary Arts at Gwinnett Technical College. Chef Hinds first discovered her love for food and cooking at only 6 years old! For her, cooking meant that she spent more and more time with her grandmother, who also was an excellent cook. At the beautiful age of 25, she took her love of food and turned it into a profitable, fun business, the Atlanta Supper Club and Catering Company: Vanille & Brûlée.
